Emma truly exceeded our expectations. Her warmth and kindness shone through in every interaction, and she was impressively punctual as well. She created a welcoming environment for our one-year-old son, making him feel so comfortable that he hardly noticed we had left. Additionally, she skillfully handled our two puppies, who can be quite a handful at times. It was a relief to know they were in such caring hands.
