Some background history, I started nannying 12 years ago, and back then, it was a part-time job for me. To gain some experience outside of self-employment, I worked as a child care attendant full time for 3 years and at a daycare for 1 year. I mostly worked with ages 3 months to 5 years old. I have 3 years of experience with autistic kids and ADHD children, and I am CPR certified. In the past year, I worked with a family and their now 15-month-old and now I'm seeking new employment. I kind of fell into my line of work at a young age, but I couldn't be happier with the knowledge I've gained and the relationships I've earned with parents and kids, over the years. Victoria is amazing with my 2 kids, both under 5. Trips to the park, coloring time, creates games on the spot, extremely helpful when cleaning up after the kids, and really allows the kids to express their emotions and thoughts, which is important to us. I can go on and on. She has been very reliable the past few months while we travel on and off for work. I hope we can find a babysitter just as capable when we move. Thanks again!
