About Emma

Hey! I'm Emma I'm super outdoorsy, love being active, and spending time with kids is genuinely one of my favorite things. I've been babysitting since I was about 12, starting with neighbors and family friends. I worked full-time as a nanny in Charleston for a year. I've also spent the last two winters as a ski instructor at Alta, mostly teaching kids (which I'll be doing again this winter!). It's one of the best jobs I've had, combining my love for the outdoors with working with children. Outside of nannying, I love to travel, I solo traveled through Indonesia and Vietnam and got my yoga teacher certification while I was there. I bring a lot of calm, patience, and creativity to childcare, along with plenty of energy to keep up with busy kiddos. I also love animals, being outside as much as possible, and making everyday moments fun and memorable for the kids I'm with. I'd love to get to know your family and see if we're a good fit!
