With one year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, within the age groups of four to five and six to 11. I'm fluent in both Chinese and English. I believe that open and honest communication is key to building trust with parents. I follow their preferred communication method and provide regular updates about their child's day and any issues that may arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in a collaborative approach. I work closely with parents to understand their expectations and ensure a consistent and respectful environment for the child.
