About Emily

Hello, I studied Nursing (RN) at UAA. I was unable to graduate due to my injuries following a truck accident in the spring semester of my junior year. However, up until that time I was a student in good standing. I had completed a gerontology clinical while in school. I have also helped my aging parents following several serious surgeries. I am certified in Adult, Child, Infant CPR/AED/First Aid from the Red Cross. I have respect for my elders and I value each person I work with. I love to watch classic movies. I am a very smart funny woman who helps others when I can. I am unable to do heavy lifting, toileting, and transferring. I am a 46-year-old woman with life experiences before cellphones, social media, and selfies. I am an Air Force Brat that grew up in Alaska.
