About Emily

My goal is to feel less like a supervisor, and more like a study buddy! I will participate in all activities along with the student. I will also quickly pick up on their learning style and adapt to them! One thing you should know about me is I am very dependable! I am consistently on time, respectful, responsible, and I will always make sure that your children have the best time. I am the hands-on type of leader! My skills include the three Es - I am enthusiastic, empathetic, and encouraging! Students who are not interested in a subject, are much less likely to succeed in that area. I will make sure that every student has fun with their learning! Empathy has always been my biggest strength. Sometimes, a class is hard for reasons other than the material being difficult. Students need a safe place to learn! Students who are not positively encouraged throughout their academics are less likely to feel motivated and determined to continue their work. Any progress is great progress!
