About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily, 21 years old, with 11+ years of caring for littles. Started at 10, caring for my youngest sister & two nieces, then expanded to helping neighbors. I have over 60 volenteer hours in daycares with ages 6mo to 5 years. I have lot of experience with newborns and kids of all ages. My longest commitment was 2 years caring for two girls, ages 1. 5-3. 5 and 4-6. I handled school runs, after-school activities, meals, groceries, outings, appointments, housekeeping, and much more. My skills include patience, 'gentle parenting,' and helping kids understand themselves & the world in a way that's at their level. i'm big on child development & nutrition. This fall, I'll start online school focusing on child development and psychology, subjects I already enjoy studying in my free time. I have good energy, great time management, and multitasking skills. In my free time, I love nature walks, drawing, and studying. I'm seeking a long-term position and can provide references if needed! :)
