About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily , I am currently a college student and describe myself as outgoing, respectful, and silly. Working with kids is rewarding. Besides loving to play, pushing kids to learn and grow is so fulfilling. I'm looking for a job that is fun, I can be myself in, and is not as demanding as others as far as hours and is a more low-key environment. I started working with kids in 6th grade, I worked in my Mom's 2nd grade class helping with crafts, reading stories, etc. I babysat throughout high school and was head coach of a volleyball team for 2 years, creating drills and exercises for kids ages 6-12. In my free time I love shopping, going to the beach, and spending time with loved ones. One thing you should know about me is I am super trustworthy and caring. I also come from generations of educators, so working with kids and understanding their needs comes natural to me. My skills include patience and empathy as well as good problem solving and positive reinforcement.
