About Emily
Experience: 5 yrs
Hi, my name is Emily, and I am a patient and supportive tutor who enjoys helping others learn. I use different strategies and explanations to help students understand material more easily and build confidence. I have experience tutoring both children and adults in math and English. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have basic knowledge of Italian. I can help with basic math through algebra, English reading and writing, and homework support. In addition to academics, I have experience with music (saxophone, flute) and art/painting, which helps me connect with students who learn creatively. While I am not an expert, I am responsible, encouraging, and dedicated to helping students improve at their own pace.
