About Franchesca

Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With a graduate degree and 10 years of experience, I recognize that while every student is capable of learning, each individual requires a unique approach. I am a Certified teacher with expertise in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I assess your child's needs by observing how they interact with new material and by maintaining open communication. Whether we meet at your home, the library, or a local coffee shop, I tailor my lessons in Math, English, Science, and study skills to match their specific learning style. I find deep satisfaction in building a supportive rapport that transforms challenging concepts into manageable, rewarding successes. My greatest joy comes from watching my students gain the confidence they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
