I have worked with children with special needs for 5 years. I was a therapeutic support staff worker for two children at a camp. I helped with social skills and integrating them with their peers. I was a lead teacher at a school with children with ASD (autism) and other behavior disorders in a school setting. I have experience writing treatment plans and using applied behavior analysis. I am currently a therapeutic support staff worker. I go into the home, community, and school and help parents and children manage difficult behavior. I have all my current clearances.
