About Emily

I'd describe my personality as caring efficient family-oriented. I like caring for seniors because they have so much to offer in knowledge and stories in return. I find it very rewarding. I'm looking for a job that obviously pays my bills but that also gives me a sense of satisfaction and is rewarding. I started caring for seniors when my mother in law developed Alzheimer's in 2013. I cared for her until her passing and I also cared for my paraplegic mother for 4 years. I have been catering for my current clients for over a year. In my spare time, I like to make jewelry and pottery. One thing you should know about me is when I take on a client they are like family to me. My skills include bathing, toileting, and transferring with mobility issues. I am also a good conversationalist and a good cook. I can also deal with dementia and Alzheimer's issues.
