About Kris

I am my mother's daughter, which is to say that I am a helper. I instinctively recognize when others need support and look for ways to help. I bring 16 years of experience as an acute care physical therapist and the personal experience of providing full-time care for my mother with Alzheimer's until her recent passing. Caring for her deepened my understanding of what good care requires: compassion, patience, dignity, respect, and clear communication. I hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and am an expert in mobility, transfers, daily living activities, home safety, and medical equipment needs. I am BLS certified and have a valid driver's license. My mom deserved excellent care, and I was grateful to provide it. My goal now is to offer others that same skilled, attentive, and compassionate care, helping individuals feel safe and respected and families feel confident their loved ones are in capable, caring hands.
