About Emily

Due to Covid and family emergencies, I left my job in October as a reading specialist in the Adams/ York County area. I would like to continue to support students by providing personalized reading intervention in my home - South Hanover. I am certified K-6th grade and a certified ESL program specialist through Capital Area Intermediate Unit. I'm very passionate about students falling in love with reading but enjoy supporting students in other subjects as well. I have a multitude of reading games, activities, books to borrow, manipulatives, etc and considering tables are not at the Guthrie library, I thought this may make the most sense with students coming to my location.
