About Emily

I'd describe myself as energetic, talkative, and outgoing. I like working with kids because they are our future and they need help navigating the world so they can become even better people than we are. I'm looking for a job that has pretty consistent hours and routine with semi-flexible leave as my family lives in West Virginia and I like to visit them when I can and I like to travel during the summer. I started babysitting at about 10 years old and worked at a daycare program when I was 14 and took childcare classes in high school. In my spare time, I like to take care of my plants and rabbits. I love animals and the outdoors (when the weathers nice. I enjoy cooking, playing games, swimming, and spending time with my loved ones. One thing you should know about me is I try to keep screens at a minimum, I think it's important to have lots of outside time and exercise. My skills include CPR, Heimlich for babies and children, and cooking.
