With three years of childcare experience, I decided to become a caregiver for kids because I genuinely enjoy working with them and have always had a warm heart towards children, so much to become a pediatric registered nurse in the future. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect with children easily, while my formal and reserved demeanor instills a sense of trust and respect. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever method they prefer. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. My passion for child development shines through the games I enjoy playing with children. From outdoor sports and physical games that promote healthy activity to board games and puzzles that stimulate their minds, I strive to make learning fun and engaging.
