I have a BA in Mathematics and, professionally, am the Director of Business Analytics for a non-profit. Before my current career, I was an outdoor educator and longtime camp counselor. So, I know math, but I also know how to work with students of all ages and abilities in engaging ways. I have been tutoring students across all levels and abilities of math (K-12, college, test prep, remedial, AP, etc.) in mathematics for 10 years. Regardless of a student's age and background, I work to meet them where they are and build strong foundations by breaking down concepts into manageable chunks, explaining the "why" behind everything we do, and helping them build the confidence they deserve to feel as they conquer hard problems.
