I hired Emily for a month to nanny my three kids, ages 6, 3, and 2. She is beyond amazing and I wish I could convince her to move to Seattle (where we permanently live) so she could keep nannying for us. I can only rave about her. We've had several nannies and Emily has been far and away the best we've had. She came on day one and her energy was calming, in control, and fun. She put me and the kids right at ease. My kids aren't quick to warm to people but at the end of the first day they were in love. She just jumped in so seamlessly. She played with them, made them lunch and snacks, helped resolve sibling issues, and made them feel safe. She manages to never raise her voice, while also maintaining order. She is studying to be a teacher and it shows - she will be a great one. At the end of each day my kids are happy, well fed, entertained, and the house is picked up. Plus she is very communicative and always on-time. 10/10 would recommend.
