About Lilly

Hi, my name is Lilly I am 20 years old and I have worked with children since I was 12. My experience is very well rounded as I have worked with various ages. From 12-14 I nannied for a 1-year-old with Down syndrome. At 15 I started as a camp counselor, and took care of up to 10 kids at a time ranging from 4-10 years old. I worked as a preschool teacher at Blooming minds Montessori for a year. I taught 22 3-year-old students, and use Montessori practices with every child I come in contact with. Currently I am employed at lollipops and work with all ages from 3 months to 6 years. I am very patient and good at redirecting young children. I have up to date CPR certification and food handlers license! I was captain of my schools wrestling team for 3 years which taught me a lot about being responsible. I love being active and creative. I am a reliable and flexible employee. My goal as a caregiver is to help you as much as I can while you are able to still have quality time with your child.
