About Emily
I have always been a helper, from being the only cousin out of 10 to help the aunts in the kitchen, to assisting my grandparents where I could. I have always naturally been drawn to helping others. I currently teach yoga and believe that any breath work can heal the body, mind and spirit. I have done a lot of traveling and for some matter, I feel I have an old spirit. Sometimes I feel more comfortable in conversation with older people than younger. I may not have much professional experience yet, but I hope to soon.

She took me to doctors appointments with procedures that required me to have someone to drive me to and from my appointments due to sedation during procedures. She was kind, reliable, and cared about my safety and wellbeing. I truly appreciated the support and assistance she provided. Truly a compassionate person and a reliable companion for medical visits.
