I am excited to share my heartfelt appreciation for EMILY, who has become an invaluable part of our family's journey with our two non-verbal autistic boys, aged 3 and 4. Since welcoming her into our home, Emily has consistently demonstrated over the past few months that she is kind, competent, punctual, reliable, safe, compassionate, warm, patient, and very much trustworthy. Emily is amazing with kids! My kids LOVE her and feel SAFE with her. I have personally watched her interact with my kids and other kids who are neurotypical in a playful, friendly, fun, developmentally appropriate manner. She helps me with washing bottles, making bottles, changing diapers, attending to situational needs when one or both kids become emotionally dysregulated or is impulsive with not safe behaviors and high risk for eloping. I love her ability to communicate while being transparent and direct when required, her amazing attention to detail allows her anticipate and offer assistance before I even struggle to ask, and extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to dealing with kids and even those with special needs kids in a variety of situations. My family and I are immensely grateful for Emily's presence in our lives and the profound impact she has had on our family. She is not just a caregiver but a cherished friend and I consider her like family. Thank you so much Emily, for being the incredible person that you are and for loving our boys as if they were your own. We are forever grateful for you.
