My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to create a welcoming atmosphere for children. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, engaging in verbal communication at pickup, and offering regular updates via text or phone calls. I like following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for family values. For children's development, I enjoy playing games with them, having lots of outdoor play time, making road trips to parks, splash pads. -->I do have my own 1-year-old, I take him along with me, so please keep this in mind. He is outgoing and loves other kiddos, he's a sweetheart.
