About Emily

I have a PhD in chemistry with 7 years of experience teaching chemistry at the university level. I also have 2 years of industry experience with real-world chemistry and engineering experience. Additionally I taught myself a second language (Dutch) to fluency. In my free time I run Dutch conversation groups online, which I have been doing for 6 years. I am currently working as an RBT and getting certified as a behavior analyst. I am comfortable working with autistic individuals of a variety of needs, but am not yet certified to provide ABA services, and can only provide academic support. I can teach pretty much anything to anyone, whether you're struggling or want to get ahead. I charge more for chemistry tutoring but am willing to help on any subject. I am passionate, curious, and caring. I like helping people grow and I care about providing individualized learning that actually makes a difference.
