About Bronwyn

I'm looking for a loving family that seeks a collaborative relationship. My ideal job is with children who are curious, creative, and active. I love to come up with creative ways to engage a child's individual interests, so I seek jobs that allow me to explore and learn with a student. My tutoring experience began in high school with a student that needed study skills help. In college, I have worked students who are simultaneously learning a language and class content. These more non-traditional experiences have allowed me to understand methods of teaching that can be helpful to all students. I believe both hands-on and academic activities work together to engage a child's imagination as they learn a new topic. I hope to guide my student through their own curiosities as they come to form an understanding of the world, whether it be through language, math, science, or art. I hope to lend a hand to parents that seek a patient and empathetic instructor.
