About Emily

I'd describe my personality as patient, fun, motivated I like working with kids because it doesn't feel like work. I am a teacher and a coach and getting to teach kids academic and athletics is incredibly rewarding but teaching them life skills/lessons is even more. I'm looking for a job that will allow myself and the children to have fun and be safe. I would love to help a great family entertain and care for their kids during the summer so they can have a summer spent outside while parents are at work. I started working with kids in high school. I was a babysitter for a year and then when I was in college I started coaching and camps. Now I teach special ed and coach basketball and flag football. In my spare time, I like to stay active, be outside, and spend time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I am very easy going and I I can connect with every kid I come across in one way or another, it comes very natural to me when creating that bond.
