I volunteered with Special Olympics for 3 years and worked in a Applied Behavioral Analysis as a Behavioral Technician at day center for Children 12-22 for two years. Have previously been CPR and First aid trained but my certificate has expired. I would prefer to start with a "training" shift where I can learn about the individuals needs with their caregiver for at least an hour since every person is unique and deserves to be treated the way that caters best for them! There is no "one size fits all" approach!
