About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily I'm 24 years old and I live in Uptown Charlotte. I completed my Master of Arts from UNC Charlotte and I received my Bachelor of Arts from Coastal Carolina University. I am currently working full time at a private special education school as an ABA Classroom Counselor. I have 3 years of professional experience working with exceptional children. I have experience in self-contained classrooms, health clinics, and private/public schools. I am skilled in Academic Interventions within an elementary school setting, where I worked 1 on 1 with students who needed extra help. Additionally, in my role as a UNCC teacher assistant I helped professors with their SOC 101 classes by grading assignments, providing support for undergraduate students, and holding weekly office hours to work 1 on 1 with students who needed extra help. **Aug 21-Sept 1 I have a work training until 4:30 so I will be available after 4:30 on Mon-Fri. By Sept 4 I will be available beginning at 4 p.m.
