About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily and I live on the south end of Lincoln. I can help with cooking, light housekeeping and errands. I babysat all through high school and worked at a children's museum throughout college. I have worked in the foster care field for 2.5 years and currently work as a child protective worker here in Lincoln. I'm looking for 8-16 hours per week to help out a family needing a sitter. I'm available on weekends and most weeknights. I have extensive training in child development through my university experience in family science at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and I'm currently working on a masters degree in family counseling. I have completed many trainings on therapeutic practices with children. I'm fun and easy going, but can maintain structure and routine with kiddos! Let me know if I can help!
