About Desiree

Hi! My name is Dez and I'm a 20-year-old student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. My mom is an in-home daycare provider, so I have spent my entire life caring for children. I have worked as a nanny and babysitter in Omaha for the past three years, but recently moved to Lincoln to pursue my education. I have been CPR certified and trained in First Aid, and am generally knowledgeable about safety protocol because of my background in daycare. As a babysitter, I prioritize enriching activities outside of electronics. I'm an acting major and I absolutely love encouraging kids to use their imagination. I want to avoid screen time and prefer to take kids outside or to do crafts with them! I feel fully comfortable preparing meals and working late nights. I do work with toddlers, but they must be completely potty trained. My preferred form of payment is either Venmo or cash, but I can be flexible. I would love to get to know your kiddos and help out a busy family in need!
