I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over four years of experience working in a long-term care facility. During this time, I have had provided care to individuals with a wide range of needs, including those requiring total assistance, mobility support (such as Hoyer lifts), and specialized care for patients with dementia and other cognitive/physical diagnoses. I am now expanding into private home care, as I am passionate about offering personalized companionship. I believe that the role of a CNA goes beyond just assisting with physical tasks. It's about gaining trust, maintaining dignity, and providing emotional support to those under my care. I pride myself on being a patient, organized, and compassionate caregiver who is always ready to listen and provide encouragement.
