About Alexandra

I have many years of experience in taking care of elderly patients. In my Junior year of high school, I attended a vocational school called the Career and Technology Center and enrolled in the Fundamentals of nursing program. Once I completed the program I earned my CNA/GNA certificates. I have worked with elderly patients, Quads and paraplegics, young children, disabled and special needs children and adults also. Once I graduated Fundamentals of Nursing school I got accepted to work as a Geriatric nursing assistant at a nursing home with a paid internship at Glade Valley Nursing home located in Walkersville Maryland. I have preformed many roles as a Nursing Assistant such as shots, feeding tubes, transfers, working with hoyer lifts, range of motion, folly catheters, companion care, bathing and grooming and much more. There is nothing more gratifying knowing that you were there to comfort these patients at the most critical time of their lives.
