About Emerson

I'd describe my personality as funny, patient, and energetic. I like working with kids because I am passionate about making a positive impact on their lives and I love being around children who enjoy my company and match my energy. I'm looking for a job that can support me as I work full time for the first time in my life and a job that I look forward to. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old as a mommy helper. I then began babysitting a year later and have been in paid childcare positions ever since, including a swim teacher and an assistant teacher. In my spare time, I love to read, both my Bible and fictional books. I also enjoy spending time with my family, especially my two younger sisters. One thing you should know about me is that I love the Lord Jesus, which will be reflected in my work as I seek to honor him by serving others. My skills include making kids laugh, fostering teachable moments, and keeping children safe.
