Emanuela has demonstrated to my husband and I the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and contact us from our emergency numbers quickly, she established a positive relationship with the children by designing creative games and activities. Emanuela continued to maintain the children's health and well-being by providing them with meals, assisted with hygiene such as, bathing, changing diapers, and potty training, and followed regular routines of my children's eating and sleeping schedule. She formed a steady schedule to maintain an organized and structured environment as well as focused on providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Emanuela motivated and provided encouragement through offering emotional support to my children. She has monitored my children while my husband and I were away or at work late night shifts.
