Elvia was an outstanding and understanding caregiver who was very patient with my 81-year old mom who needed changing due to incontinence. My mom was quite reluctant to have someone else besides me to care for her, but Elvia persevered and did so with kindness, compassion, and high degree of competence. She put me at ease when I was on my work trip that she had things covered -- and she did! Elvia was very responsive, reliable and always on time (if not early). We really appreciated Elvia's help and would highly recommend her.
