About Lynn

I have been a caregiver for multiple families supporting their adult and elder family members. I am a trained personal chef with experience in restricted diets, and expanded my services because the need for trusted caregivers has become so great. Over the last 10 years, I have provided companion care, medication management, respite care, meal prep (standard & dietary restricted), support at medical visits, attendance at PT/OT appts., including oversight of at-home exercises, hospice support and more. I am an excellent communicator and have provided clear feedback and updates to family members about their loved one. I understand empathetically the need to select a trusted individual to be present in home, as I had to do the same for own my parents who lived out of state. I will be AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid Certified (OSHA-Compliant) as of 6/28/26. I have a B. A. in Psychology and an A. O. S in culinary arts from the CIA. Hours and rates to be discussed based on needs.
