About Elsa

Hello, my name is Elsa (she/her)! I am currently In the middle of a nature immersion/naturalist training program that I will complete in May. I would describe myself as a patient, empathetic, silly, and thoughtful person with a gift for teaching and love of nature. In my free time I love to read, sing, bake, and hike. My favorite activities to do with kids are being outside, reading, dancing/singing, and cooking. I have worked at outdoor schools, indoor schools, and summer camps as a lifeguard, counselor, instructional assistant, teacher, and backpack guide. I have a strong background working with tweens/teens with a variety of disabilities. I have been babysitting and nannying for a significant portion of my life. Certifications/trainings: First Aid and adult and pediatric CPR/AED, non-violent communication, and crisis prevention/intervention/de-escalation. Come May I will also be a certified naturalist!
