About Elora
Hi there, my name is Elora. I grew up in Eastern Washington and moved to the Portland area earlier this year with my dog to explore more of the PNW. I am new to Care . com but have worked in caregiving off and on since March of 2020. I am persuing nursing school, currently finishing my last year of pre-reqs. I really value working in a field that allows me practice one of the core values of medicine I gravitate towards the most - patient care. I have provided support in many different settings including post partum recovery, and injury recovery, senior quality of life support. I have helped clients with companionship, medication management, house keeping, meal prep, wound care, appointment transport, help to complete grooming tasks. I also love animals and am very happy to help with pet chores (walks, feeding, grooming, etc.). I truly enjoy providing observant and considerate attention to the people in my life and am excited to bring that same level of care to you or your loved one

Highly recommended! Anticipating needs comes second nature for Elora. During my early months postpartum, she was reliable, considerate and adaptable to our schedule and particular requests. Her personality is warm, genuine and smart and she has a great sense of humor! Elora paid attention to the details that were important for us — from household tasks, shopping lists, to preferences for baby’s care. I looked forward to having her with us each week and felt totally at ease while she was in our home. Her time is worth every dollar and I would hire her again for this or any type of care need!
