Hello, my name is Ellisyn. One of my minors in college was Adapted Physical Activity. Through my minor, I have worked with many people with different ability levels. I do not like to refer to individuals with varying abilities with the term "disability", because it is not about what they are limited to do, but rather what he or she is capable of doing. I am passionate and hope to make a difference in many lives. Some additional information, I majored in Health and Physical Education and am close to receiving my Master's in School Wellness Education. I work with many grade levels as a full-time Health and PE teacher. I love to take my knowledge and experience in health and wellness and teach others, especially young kids and those who are on the spectrum. I am hands-on and will be active side-by-side with your loved one!
