About Ellery

Hello! I'm Ellery, a childcare professional with over 10 years of experience. I've worked with children ages 6 months to 18 years of age in a wide range of settings. I strongly believe in teaching emotional literacy to children from a young age. This looks like allowing big emotions and validating children's emotional experiences, while setting clear and consistent boundaries around inappropriate behaviors. I especially love working with parents to develop consistent approaches. We are a team! Depending on the number of children I am caring for at a time, I typically include light housework and laundry into my nannying (especially maintaining children's spaces). I am a loving, playful, and thoughtful caregiver and am looking for a full time nanny position.
