About Grace

Hello! I'm a 25-year-old nanny in the Madison area! I currently work for 3 amazing families and im looking for a 4th family to work with M-F 2pm-6 p.m. (flexible with times) I have almost 7 years of experience working with newborn to 15-year-olds and I absolutely love my job. I strongly agree with the gentle parenting and montessori approach - which focuses on teaching emotional regulation and respectful communication, as well as hands on learning and a good mix of independant and collaborative play. The past few weeks we've been doing crafts and sensory bins for the fall season! My rates start at $26/hour and an agreed upon signed contract will be drawn up previous to start date.
