I moved from NJ to Skaneateles recently with my husband to live here full time. For the last few years, I have helped families achieve their health goals by cooking dinner for them and also organizing their kitchens and pantries. I have spent the majority of my career in catering and planning events. Always a foodie, my focus has become healthy, locally sourced food, mostly plants. Recently, I started a course at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have my 6 month certificate and will graduate in November. I am looking for opportunities to cook, meal prep, teach people about eating healthier. Soups, grains, roasted vegetables, Thai, dhals, Tacos and granola are just some of my favorite things to make. In addition, I love to help people with downsizing and how to make the tough decisions about what to part with. Managing mounds of paper, stuffed closets and packed basements are just some of the tasks I have tackled.
