About Ellen

I am a nanny with 8+ years of experience and an Ivy League education. I have taught undergraduates, worked in educational consulting with students ages 10-17 for college readiness, have done counseling for all ages at elite summer programs, and tutored extensively. I was a live-in nanny for a year in Europe for three families in Spain, London, and Ireland. After grad school I spent a year with family doing at home schooling through COVID. I consider myself loving, creative, and safety and happiness are my primary concerns. I am flexible, calm, and very nurturing. I am a PhD candidate and can speak intermediate Spanish. I have an immense amount of free time right now and really miss being able to nurture children. Beyond the norm, I am comfortable working with sick children, children with ASD or other special needs, and infants. Cooking, cleaning, and teaching new skills are also things I'm happy to do.
