About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella! I'm a college student with several years of experience working with kids through babysitting, after-school programs, and summer camp. I currently work as a Group Leader, so I'm very comfortable keeping kids safe, happy, engaged, and cared for. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and genuinely love being around kids. I enjoy doing fun activities, making crafts, helping with homework, going outside, watching movies, and getting to know each child's little personality. I'm also studying occupational therapy and hope to work with children in the future. I know every family does things differently, so I always follow the parent's lead when it comes to household rules, routines, screen time, meals, and expectations. I want both the kids and parents to feel comfortable with me and know they're in caring, trustworthy hands :)
