About Rylee

Hi! I have three years of experience working with children ages 3-11, including experience as a teacher's aide. I'm also currently in school for occupational therapy and have taken courses in Early Child Development. Working with kids is something I genuinely enjoy, and I love getting to know their different personalities and interests! I'm patient, caring, and love finding fun ways to keep kids engaged, whether that's doing crafts, playing games, helping with homework, or spending time outside. My background in education and what I'm learning in OT school have helped me better understand how children learn, grow, and develop. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping and always do my best to follow each family's routines and preferences. I know how important it is for parents to feel comfortable with who is caring for their children, so I make communication a priority. My goal is to create a fun, safe, and comfortable environment where kids can be themselves!
