About Ella

Helping students reach their full potential is extremely rewarding for me. I hold a bachelor's degree in political science with minors in geography a well as environmental sustainability. During my time in university I was employed as an undergraduate learning assistant where I tutored students in an environmental biology class. This experience shaped my ability to help students using a multitude of methods such as creating study tools, holding q&a sessions, and teaching many individuals personalized learning strategies. I have also worked as a substitute teacher in Baltimore County Public schools. Working for BCPS gave me experience with teaching elementary aged children from kindergarten to fifth grade. Finally, I have an extensive background in undergraduate research and have presented my work at many conferences and fairs. I look forward to helping you or your child achieve their academic goals!
