About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm a fourth-year student at UC Santa Barbara, majoring in Sociology and minoring in Education. Working with children has always been a passion of mine, and I've had the opportunity to build experience in a variety of roles over the years. I've been a teaching assistant at a childcare center for the past three years, where I support early childhood learning, help lead activities, and provide individualized care and attention to each child. In addition to that, I've also taught swim lessons, babysat for families with children of all ages, and Through these experiences, I've learned how to balance fun and responsibility. I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for kids, where they feel supported and encouraged to be themselves. Outside of caregiving, I love crafting, exploring new places, and spending time in nature. I'd love the opportunity to support your family and build a meaningful connection with your child!
