About Ella

Patience and kindness are a key approach to working with kids, in my opinion. I believe patience and kindness are key skills in all aspects of life, working and dealing with children included. I have worked as a child caregiver on and off since I was 15 years old. I am 24 years old now and I am in my final year studying Psychology at The New School. I am looking to pursue a career in Behavioral Psychology, working with young children. I chose to look for a part time in caregiving because I truly love working with children, of all ages and all backgrounds. I believe children push us to new creative boundaries, gain larger perspectives, and practice patience and kindness. I am a very creative and art focused individual and I believe in celebrating and practicing that with children. I am a very organized and timely individual. I'd describe my personality as welcoming, kind and collected.
