About Ella

Hello! My name is Ella , and I have been working in Early Childhood for 4 years. I have experience caring for children from six weeks to 5 years old, as both a nanny and in the classroom as a teacher. I love to come up with creative, age appropriate activities that promote development. Although I can be misjudged due to my tattoos, piercings, and colored hair, they are all ways I have been able to reclaim strength and self love after a painful childhood. My passion for childcare stems from the want to be a safe, reliable, empowering adult in a young person's life. My goal is always to build a strong sense of self and capability, an environment that supports safe exploration, foster imagination and creative thinking, and encourage problem solving and self help skills.
