About Ella

Hello! My name is Ella and I am a 22-year-old college graduate looking to make some extra money. I currently work with children with Autism during the weekdays from 9-12pm, however I am usually free outside those times for any babysitting, nannying, pet sitting, and am also happy to help with household chores, errands, or carpooling and coordinating rides to and from school/extracurriculers. I habe several years of experience working with children of many different ages and abilities. I've worked as a camp counselor, after school counselor, and of course now as a Behavior Technician as well. Through these experiences, I have learned how to adapt to each child's individual needs and personality. I consider myself very good with kids, prioritizing their time while also staying safe. I would describe myself as patient, kind, fun, dependable, and dedicated. I love finding creative ways to keep kids engaged, especially through crafts and games/outdoor activities if weather permits!
