About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, I'm 22 years old, and I'm currently a nursing student with experience caring for children of different ages. I'm reliable, patient, active, and love creating a safe and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. I'm very outdoorsy and enjoy planning fun activities like park visits, swimming, crafts, baking, games, and nature walks. I'm also happy to help with homework, daily routines, camp or school drop-offs/pick-ups, and light household tasks if needed. Before returning to school, I worked as a CNA, which helped me build strong communication skills, responsibility, patience, and the ability to stay calm in complicated situations. I have reliable transportation, am comfortable with pets, and am open to commuting around the Towson/Baltimore/HoCo area for the right family!
